强磊,中国药科大学教授,博士生导师,“江苏省六大人才高峰”高层次人才,国家自然科学基金评审专家。2011年于中国药科大学获得药理学博士学位。2011年至2015年在芝加哥大学医学院从事博士后研究,20157月被芝加哥大学医学院聘为副研究员(Research Professional)2016年入选“江苏省特聘教授,特优”,全职回国工作。主要从事肿瘤机制研究和抗肿瘤药物开发。强磊教授首次全面,系统的阐述了自噬在DNA损伤修复以及肿瘤细胞上皮-间质转化(EMT)中的作用,并对以自噬为靶点的多个候选药物的抗肿瘤活性及其机制进行了研究,为以自噬及其相关基因为靶点的抗肿瘤药物的设计和筛选提供了一个重要的研究平台。在AutophagyPNAS等国际著名期刊发表多篇研究论文,并被国际社会广泛引用。有两篇科研论文入选“中国百篇最具影响力国际论文”,获得“江苏省优秀博士论文”和“礼来亚洲优秀毕业论文奖,一等奖”等多项奖励,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和江苏省自然科学基金青年项目等多项科研项目。
