赵丽(1977- ),女,教授,博士生导师。2000年获得中国药科大学本科学位,2004年获得中国药科大学药理学硕士学位,同年留校任教。2011年获得中国药科大学药理学博士学位。2013年任硕士生导师。2015年任博士生导师。中国药科大学2年年终考核优秀,学校教学成果3等奖2项(均排名第二)。研究生《肿瘤药理学》教材主要参编者。曾参与编写科研论著《恶性肿瘤多药耐药的逆转》。获得授权发明专利1项(排名第一)。2014年度获得江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师称号。

近年来一直从事肿瘤发病机制及天然抗肿瘤药物的药效学和作用机制研究。在阐明肿瘤的发生机制和天然产物干预肿瘤的发生发展过程及天然产物的发现性研究方面做出了较大的贡献。主要参与本课题组研发国家一类抗病毒新药黄芩素,国家一类抗肿瘤新药汉黄芩素。并且成功实施成果转化,国家一类抗病毒新药黄芩素转让给石药集团中奇制药有限公司。国家一类抗肿瘤新药汉黄芩素转让给合肥合源制药有限公司。

主持多项国家省部级课题,主要列举如下:

1、主持 国家自然科学基金面上项目(项目批准号:81473231,题目:基于SDF-1α/CXCR4生物轴的千层纸素逆转CML对伊马替尼耐药作用研究,60万元,2015.01- 2018.12)。

2、主持 国家自然科学基金青年项目(项目批准号:81001452,题目:千层纸素逆转肝细胞粘附介导的耐药(CAM-DR)作用及机制研究,21万元,2011.01-2013.12)。

3、主持 江苏省杰出青年基金项目(题目:基于可溶性因子SDF-1的天然产物逆转耐药作用及机制研究,100万元,2016.01-2019.12

4、主持 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金(培育项目)(项目批准号:JKP2011003,题目:基于阻断整合素Integrinβ1信号通路的汉黄芩素逆转肿瘤细胞耐药的研究, 8万元,2011.1-2012.12)。

5、主持 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金(培育项目)(项目批准号:JKPZ2013010,血液肿瘤中可溶性因子介导的耐药模型的建立及耐药产生机制研究,8万元,2013.1-2014.12)。

6、参与 国家科技部重大新药创制2项及十二五重大专项4项,到账经费共160余万元。

7、参与 制药企业创新药物研究合作项目多项,总计到账经费70余万元


近年来共发表文章40余篇,其中第一作者(或通讯作者)SCI研究论文 20篇,累计影响因子75,总引用次数500余次。特别是1篇关于藤黄酸诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究论文引用次数近160余次。近期另有1篇被 nature子刊Cell Death and Disease接收。主要文章列举如下:
