一、主要学习和工作经历

1992年中国药科大学药物代谢动力学专业硕士毕业后留校任教,历任助教,讲师和副教授,2001年获药动学与生物药剂学专业博士学位,2002年至2003年作为访问学者于日本近畿大学生物药剂学实验室从事药代动力学领域的合作研究,2007年被评为教授,2008年晋升为博士生导师。

二、主要科研工作简介

现任中国药科大学中国药科大学药物代谢与动力学研究中心教授,药物代谢重点实验室生物大分子室负责人,江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师,国家SFDA和江苏省新药审评专家,科技部“863”计划生物医药领域审评专家,教育部基金审评专家,《中国实用药学》副主编并担任Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology》、《Acta Pharmacologica Sinica》、《Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis》等国内外药学期刊审稿人。主持国家863项目1项,主持并完成国家自然科学基金项目1项,作为主要完成者参与了科技部重大专项和国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家级项目多项。承担并完成企业委托研究项目近百项,其中国家一类新药的非临床药代动力学研究项目8项,二类新药的临床药代动力学研究项目2,近五年科研经费共四百多万元。获得国家科技进步二等奖1项,江苏省科技进步一等奖1项,获得省教学成果二等奖和优秀教材奖各1项、获国家发明专利1项。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文100多篇,其中SCI收录40余篇,主编药物代谢动力学研究进展专著1部。已培养博士和硕士研究生40多名,他们中部分到国外或国内大学继续深造,其余已成为科研单位或企业的技术骨干。

三、研究领域

1、药物代谢动力学研究

研究方向包括创新药物的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄及其机制研究,新药的I期临床药代动力学研究,药物转运体和代谢酶基因多态性对药物动力学影响,转运体和酶介导的药物相互作用研究等。其中对药物转运体的研究是本实验室的主要研究方向之一。

药物转运体(Drug Transporters)是具有转运内源性或外源性化合物透过细胞膜功能的一类特殊蛋白质,近年来国际药学界对该领域的研究方兴未艾。大量的研究成果表明,药物转运体在药物吸收,分布和排泄过程中发挥着重要的作用。本实验室利用动物在体、离体和细胞转染等技术对药物的体内转运机制进行研究,力争建成一个药物研究的新平台和药动学高级专门人才培养的基地。

2、生物大分子药物的药动学与生物药剂学研究

随着生物医学以及生物技术的发展,多肽与蛋白质类药物作为药用生物活性大分子物质正在成为一类很重要的治疗药物。已有越来越多的多肽和蛋白类药物用于临床治疗。研究显示,90%以上的这类药物因口服易被破坏,目前只能采用注射给药。为了避免频繁注射给病人造成的痛苦,其非注射途径给药已成为国际药学界的研究热点之一。本课题组在江苏省“新药创制基金”和国家“863”项目的支持下,对包括肺吸入粉雾剂和结肠定位给药在内的多种给药途径进行了研究,创建了药剂学、药动学、药效学和毒理学研究的相关技术平台。
