个人简介


林昂,特聘研究员,博士生导师。山东大学药学院本硕连读(2007-2014),瑞典Karolinska Institute 博士/博士后(2014-202020206月加入斯微上海生物科技有限公司,任疫苗项目总监,同年入选上海市浦江人才计划(特殊紧缺型)20219月作为兴药青创学者引进加入基础医学与临床药学学院,疫苗中心主任

工作经历

曾主持及参与一流疫苗企业科研项目,包括美国Moderna Therapeutics流感H10N8 mRNA疫苗、德国CureVac狂犬mRNA全球唯一进入II 期临床的鼻腔喷雾百日咳疫苗BPZE1 (美国ILiAD)、斯微生物新冠肺炎mRNA疫苗SW0123, SW-BIC-213在疫苗的基础及转化研究中具有丰富经验。研究成果以第一或通讯作者身份(含共)发表在NatureJ Clin InvestSignal Transduct Target Ther.Emerging Microbes Infectionsnpj VaccinesJ Med VirolJ ImmunolOncoImmunology等期刊,目前累计共发表SCI论文30余篇,H-index 20,参编Springer专著一部。


主要研究方向

 1.创新型mRNA疫苗/佐剂、核酸药物开发

综合运用人工智能生物大分子计算、反向疫苗学、脂质化学、组学技术等手段开发针对人用、兽用等新型疫苗及新型佐剂品种mRNA疫苗基于mRNA, siRNA等的非感染类疾病(恶性肿瘤、慢性炎症性疾病等)治疗药物开发。


 2.疫苗及感染免疫学

利用非人灵长类动物模型、疫苗受试者、感染患者生物样本进行疫苗的免疫作用机理研究及针对致病病原体的免疫保护机制研究,为新型疫苗开发、老旧疫苗升级改造及抗感染药物开发提供指导。
